Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.

0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Suggestion

Change BOTH of them from 100% to 50% or 75% (or whatever % you need in order to reduce the size sufficiently to post the pic).

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Finally got the dig camera up and running! I have pics to post, but they are too "big" to upload. Any ideas to reduce the file size. Unfortunately, I do NOT have photoshop. Anyway to do it with the native "paint" application on windows? Thx! Chirag Chauhan '03 Carrera Coupe

Chirag - yes, you can reduce the size in Windows Paint. Call up the pic in Paint, click on Image , then click on Stretch/Skew . You will get a pop-up window showing horizontal and vertical. Change BOTH of them from 100% to 50% or 75% (or whatever % you need in order to reduce the size sufficiently to post the pic). Just make sure you reduce the horizontal and vertical by the same amount so they stay proportionate to each other. Then save the pic as a jpeg file. If you want to keep the original file in tact, save the resized file as a different name.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
