Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I just bought this lapis blue 2002 C4S with good results from PPI, the car is due to 90000 miles service, so i will go to have the engine oil and transmission oil change, and MAYBE going to do the IMS bearing upgrade----I have a question guys: if i change the engine and transmission oil now, do i need to do it (change engine and transmisson oil) again when i do the IMS bearing upgrade?

welcome, and again if you haven't caught the other posts....yes, you will have to change the oil after the IMS / RMS has been done.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

are you at all handy with cars?
BTW congrats?
reason I ask is the tranny oil and engnie oil change are very simple and you could save some money doing them yourself... second, the tranny wont need to be drained for the IMS but the engine oil gets dropped out........

I would definitely recommend getting some Cargraphic, Tubi, Fabspeed "mufflers" in there while the other work is being done. Then again, if you're up for some obnoxious sound.... delete the mufflers altogether....The FVD 200 cell x-pipe cat system is real sweet too...
thanks guys, eventhough i have it several days, and i am still exciting now.
