Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Replace timeline' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace timeline' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

@Raincooled
's recent post that I'm "taking a break from rewiring jobs".
While this is 100% correct, I thought I'd explain a bit more, so nobody thinks I'm going away completely.
Here is the thing: Everything I'm doing on 996 lighting, I've been doing next to a full-time job.
Right now, I'm fully booked with headlight retrofits through November.
In December, I will be retiring from my day job, and at the same time moving from Colorado to Florida.
Main reasons for this are of a medical nature (milder climate, sea level), but also to be closer to a beach
The entire process of selling our house in Colorado, purchasing one in Florida, the move etcetera will preclude me from having my shop fully functional for a few months.
For this reason, I won't be able to take on any retrofit jobs from December through... April maybe...?
The good news is that at least theoretically, I'll have more time to spend on being a small business owner, which will definitely include doing retrofits again.
In the meantime, I have started a wait list for retrofits, so if you are interested, please give me a shout and I can add you on the list.
There is absolutely no obligation or payment involved with being added to that list, BTW.
I plan on having my web store open and fully functional during this short hiatus. I'm already working on building harnesses and kits for inventory. Fulfillment will be done by either myself or a close friend.
I apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause, but in the end, it will be a good thing!
