Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I'm not sure where I'll go to have new tires fitted later this year....

They once provided me with details on a set of used wheels I was looking to buy from an individual.

I've also stopped by their facility and spent about 30 minutes with them talking over my options for a change I was making.

Suggestion
I've purchased three sets of wheels (and sold them one set) all with nothing but good service.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I've tried to contact them 3 times over the past year via email without any acknowledgment or response. I could call, but I've simply been inquiring as to availability of certain wheels. Just seems strange that they wouldn't ever acknowledge and email.
I'm looking to buy some used OEMs from them.
Thanks
I bought a Kinesis center cap from them. I was told by several people that the cap would be difficult to find. Their price was great ($15). They were very helpful on the phone and the delivery was fast. I would buy from them again.
I've purchased take-off tires from them, and also asked them several questions regarding wheels. I've also stopped by their facility and spent about 30 minutes with them talking over my options for a change I was making.
I've interacted with them via telephone, email, and in person. In all cases I was highly satisfied with the encounter. In email they were very responsive.
Not sure why you are having or why you had issues.
I bought a set of wheels and tires, and was very happy. Great job of mounting, balancing. Even shipping to MN went great.
I stopped by their shop last time I was in LA--it is near LAX.
I know a lot of guys on 986 Forum got copies from them and were very satisfied. I wonder of their email is having issues? I know I couldn't get their site earlier.
i didn't buy from them but they were polite and helpful by e-mail. Can't comment on whether their prices are high or low compared to 2nd hand wheels, but they have a reputation for quality on the forums.
I ordered a new set of Porsche 18" turbo twist wheels and Continental tires, as a mounted set, in September '05. I was very happy with WE's service and the tires continue to serve 10,000 miles later with no need for rebalancing, etc. I'm not sure where I'll go to have new tires fitted later this year....

For what it's worth, I purchased take-off tires from them, 997/Cayman sizes, which work great. You can save quite a bit by going this route, and they will likely have a steady supply as long as the 997 and Cayman continue to be delivered with tires that fit our cars (235 front, 265 rear).
You'll still need to get them mounted and balanced locally, tho.
I have done business it WE on multiple occasions by phone, and my expectations were far exceeded in terms of service and price. Without a doubt, I will purchase from them again.
remember...email is not 100% reliable....when you are going from 1 ISP to another funny things can happen...they may not have goten your email....just a possibility....I personally have had good communication with them via email and phone....
I have been an "in person" customer of Wheel Enhancement for probably 15 years now. I was there last week for a flat repair (damn screw in my 4 week old tires) - I won't take my car any place else. These are stand up guys, they totally know there stuff (Porsches), they are honest (have many times talked me out of buying something), and in my experience their prices are always highly competitive. I HIGHLY recommend them. And for the record, no relationship, just a very satisfied, long-term customer.
I've bought wheels, tires, center caps.... even Piloti shoes from them. I've found them to be nothing less than 100% responsive, friendly, cooperative, informative, etc. etc. etc.
They once provided me with details on a set of used wheels I was looking to buy from an individual. They would not have benefited from the transaction at all. They later realized the seller bought the wheels new from WE. I'm sure they saw it as helping a couple of their customers. However, if they didn't know either of us, I'm sure they still would have helped.
When I realized they were willing to help me with a transaction that would not benefit them, my satisfaction rating with WE went from AAA to AAAAAA+++++.
There MUST be a problem with their e-mail. I can't think of any other reason you're not getting a response.
