What a great toy/tool for any car..here are some pics of the installed product.

The Pioneer also allows me to watch DVDs or use the 12pack cd system in the trunk

Yes, there are AUX inputs, but I can burn over 100 songs to a disc and use the AVIC-N!

The kenwood seems to allow a connection from my 6-pac cd changer and allow an seperate dvd for nav so you can use the dvd in the front for other things.

What a great toy/tool for any car..here are some pics of the installed product. Works fantastic and my passengers can watch movies on long hauls. The Vehcle Dynamics are also very cool, G-Force, Acceleration, Lateral G etcc...cool..
Getting the camera installed as well, cheaper then a PDC retrofit and more fun. Sound is great, the touch screen is simple and intuitive to use.
Ordering one for the Cayenne S as well

That is awesome, I was toying with the idea of getting it. Was it a PITA to install? How much was the install? Did you use the stock components, speakers, amps, etc?
Just one problem. You must flip the unit down every single time you want to adjust the AC. It jiggles over bumps, it sticks out almost an inch when stowed away, and it takes a few seconds to turn on. That's the reason I got rid of my Eclipse. When the novelty ***** off, it was just a pain...
you need to move the ac down to where the lowest cubby is. It's simple to do and all you need is a bezel for it. I did that when I added my cup holders. btw you're pedals are backwards the vertical parts are supposed to be side by side.
I am going to move the AC down as soon as I get the extra DVD drive installed in its place.
I actually had the pedals installed that way to accomdate my feet ( 13, EEE) it makes it easier to work the pedals for me then the "proper" way.
We actually met @ the Mosport Skidpad a few month's back (I was the "nice" guy who gave up my spot w/ my 2k2 Targa so the wifey could take out her 2k3 HONDA Accord.
I was thinking about the same Pioneer System on my Targa as I can hardly see anything out the back at night w/ the roof open.

The kenwood is touch screen which seems like a big benefit. What are the main differences in the features when comparing the kenwood to the pioneer.
I like the new type generation dvd nav the pioneer has, don't know if the kenwood has the same thing. The kenwood seems to allow a connection from my 6-pac cd changer and allow an seperate dvd for nav so you can use the dvd in the front for other things.
