This is not a probability of success.

also, I figure since i'm going to replace it, I want to replace it with a really nice bright clean WHITE light, with a hint of blue, not a hint of yellow like other cars.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

So i park in front of glass, I turn on my lights then i see a semi brighter flash and the left front main headlight lamp (low beam) goes off.

but doesnt say how to change the bulb
Just pop the headlight housing out. Remove the back cover. Replace bulbs. It's really simple.
I'd go with 6000k or if you want a slight hint of blue, 8000k.
Stick with the 4300k, which is very close to the original color, the higher number bulbs/color may be bluer/whiter but are not as bright. Those listed here on eBay are "cheap" to say the least and pretty poor quality. Usually the Phillips are $75+@. I recently foundation source for the Phillips at $39.95@.

On mine the symptim was one then both headlight would not turn on anymore
I changed the switch $20, and voila, the headlight were back on.
WOW!!! I could have used this a couple of months back. I took my car in to the mechanic for suspension adjustment and I had noticed one of my headlights was out. I told the shop to please change the headlight also. They charged me $60 and told me it was a very difficult and complicated job. Thanks anyway for the next time.
