FL - Search is your friend. I did an Advanced Search on "washer" in the thread title and found about 10 threads. This one should give you the info yo need. Replacing headlight washer nozzle FYI - it is customary for "Newbies" to introduce themselves, tell us a little about their 996, and MOST IMPORTANTLY post a couple of pics of their car. So come on Newbie, post the !@#$%^&* pics! BTW, this is the usual and customary "newbie initiation" speech. I really hate doing so, but the other guys make me do it.

The headlight washer nozzle is different on a MK1 (based on the avatar). I do not know about the assembly procedure though. I need to replace mine, but at $110 ea, I am waiting...
