Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

20 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Well it was a nice day in Jersey and decided to call in sick (cough, cough) and play hookie from work. Off to the golf course I went..shot 20 over par..LOL....but my day ended good with taking some pictures of my baby. Hope you enjoy them.

POST 2Original post

wow, nice shots. What wheels are those? I didn't think you could get such a deep lip on a narrow body?

POST 5Original post

Very nice pics! Thanks for sharing. BTW....are your lights yellow? Or is it the picture?

POST 6Original post

Alex Nice shots. Nice looking car. What is the badge or logo on the lower rear panel d/side say?

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Kirby... The wheels are CCW (Custom Complete Wheels) which are manufactured in Daytona Beach, Florida. The SP16A design is a one-piece forged wheel using 6061-T6 Aluminum in a lightweight 19x11 & 19x8.5. LVDell... I am experimenting with headlight tint (trying blue next, then clear) because I recently had a rock crack my headlight housing and the tint is much cheaper than the xenon assembly. My next project is the 3M bumper coating to protect the front finish. JimPDX.... It is just the Porsche logo as kirby stated...

POST 9Original post

i really like that little logo and script idea.

POST 10Original post

Car looks sick! How did you do the headlights?

POST 11Original post

Aben- where did you get the tinted folm for the headlights? Or, did you 'tint' it yourself? Thanks!

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I bought a 12x48 inch film (enough for both) in yellow. www.stickercity.com Removed the headlight assembly, cleaned them with a alcohol/water combination solution. Then rough cut (overlapping 1/4 inch) the film to fit the lens, heated the lens assembly and film using a blow dryer. Sprayed the back of the film and lens assembly with the solution and using a squegee worked out the air bubbles from the center>out. After all the air bubble were out I used an exacto knife to trim the edges. I am doing the lenses in blue next and will post pics when I am completed.

POST 13Original post

Alex - you're car looks really hot. Sorry the golf didn't go so well

POST 14Original post

Thanks for the reply. BTW, what is the benefit (or use) for the tinted yellow film (and any of the other colors you considered). I think it looks pretty cool but confused as to the uses. Or is it stricly cosmetic? Cheers, Dell

POST 15 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

LVDell The film is used to protect the headlight assembly, the only real benefit will hopefully be in my wallet. Just as the 3M product protects the cars finish, this film protects the headlight assembly. As far as colors..I have a sheet of blue and clear...they also sell smoke (dark tint)....maybe this weekend I will try the blue tint.

POST 16Original post

Great pics, Alex! BTW, what kind of exhaust tips are those?

POST 17Original post

Sorry, but I must be the only one that doesn't like the headlights...IMHO they look awful. Spring for the litronics.

POST 20 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yes they are litronics covered by a thin film of yellow tint. Exhaust is Fabspeed bypass pipes
