Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

So I installed the Porshce high performance audio sytem this weekend. It was a little more work than expected. The one problem I am having is the amp does not appear to be working. The hpas amp has 4 indicator lights, one of these being power and it is not lit. Ive verified power is in the wires all the way to the amp. The fuse for radio options (d9) is ok. Any ideas where else I should look?

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

So I realized the error of my ways. I have m490/m680 stereo set up. The HPAS works with M490 only so I need to remove M680 (DPS). Im trying to figure out if I just need to remove the M680 hooksup to the amp. I have a feeling its more than that, like I need the radio to know send the signals that it is on verse the M680 that probably did it before. Anyone have any ideas on what I need to switch. Attached is the layout of wiring.
