Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

"---" You hate to see that, don't you? It always reminds me of the Seinfeld episode when Kraemer and the car salesman keep driving to see how far they can go. So, notwithstanding the various mpg's, how far have you gone?

POST 3Original post

Its the miles left display on the computer, after you drop below 10 miles left before you run out of gas. Been there many times for some reason.

POST 4Original post

I don't plan to be there in the Porsche, or ever. I did run my diesel out once. The "miles left" read 30. Brutal...

POST 5Original post

Ohhhh, never been there. Did see that Seinfeld episode though.

POST 6Original post

i am more brave, on fwy i got another 22 miles before i gassed up.

POST 7Original post

when the mpg reading hit "---" ive done 5 miles in the boxster s (a year ago) and 16 miles in the GT3 (today)

POST 8Original post

Wen't 11 miles on the freeway from Menlo Park to Mountain View. Car started to sputter and chug, coasted the off ramp, did the typical California stop at the stop sign, made a right turn, and coasted down a slight hill (thank you Jesus)about 1.5 blocks right into a Shell station and pulled up to the pump and did the fill.
