The Technos are definitely more rare and MUCH easier to clean....that would be my vote.

I'm having a hell of a time trying to decide what set I should put on the car.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
15 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I just picked up an '02 C2 Cab in Arctic Silver. The car came with 18" Sport Design. I have a set of 18" Sport Techno that I took off my '00 C2 Cab. I'm having a hell of a time trying to decide what set I should put on the car. I've attached 2 links....what do you think?

Neither - go for the 18" light weight carrera alloy's (5 thin spokes), they look great and are easy to clean. They were also original equipment from '02 and beyond. If interested, see if Wheel Enhancement would work out a deal to trade your present rims.
The Technos are definitely more rare and MUCH easier to clean....that would be my vote. I like the Sport Design, but they are serious PITA to keep clean. Technos with the inside painted black looks great....
These RS 97s look hot on this black C2.
I've seen two sets in person, both on C4S's. They do not disappoint, even though they look a bit funky off the car.

Yeah, I like those too, and were sold on them until I saw the 97s in person. They show off the brakes and are hot. I have one piece forged BBS RGRs on my M3, and have sort of grown tired of the multispoke BBS design. . . but that's just me.
I too have a set of sport designs and Turbo Twist.... My idea is to sport each... Since I live in CA, I'll just rotate stock every few months.....

I just bought the 5 spoke carrera lightweights from wheel enhancement.......They showed me the rs 97 monolites which looks awesome. RS monolites are 4500 new plus tires..........and my carrera lightweights were under 3k with michelin pilot sports...taken off a new carrera with under 100 miles on them!!!!Can't beat the price...
I took off 19's that were way to rough and noisy...
Much better ride with the 18's and stil handles well with my H&R set up!!!
