Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I run 5F and 6R, and went for X74 ride height, with a used set of ROW M030 ARBs, which are an excellent balance for the non track junkie looking for an order of magnitude improvement in ride and handling.
Leading evidence: 'Run 5f and 6r, and went' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Run 5f and 6r, and went' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. It took me only a couple of hours to install the PSS9 myself - I bought mine used for $1000.

The sway bars were also bought used - I think for $500.

Also bought mine used with under 12k miles on them, and they have been beyond great for playing slightly with ride height, and a lot with ride quality.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I love my 2003 C2 ! I've upgrades the ECU, put in lowering springs, IMS and RMS updated, lightweight flywheel, new clutch. The car looks great and is in good shape, with just 55K miles on it. I've put on 30K miles and the original owner the rest, he didn't drive it much, I do, I want to make that clear that she's not a garage queen anymore !
I need to do my suspension. Mine is too soft and mainly I think it's showing it's age. I want to put in an upgraded suspension. I'm NOT and do not vision myself a race car driver, I want a comfortable ride, but also when I want to get on it, I want something I can possibly adjust to go all out.
What products should I look at? If you know estimated cost + installation cost I'm interested in that too.
I installed a set of Bilstien PSS9 and a pair pf H&R sway bars and I've been very happy. The PSS9 have 9 positions from soft to hard (I run mine about 7). The next generation Bilstien coilovers are PSS10 - which have 10 positions.
I'm no expert but I think I heard that the PSS9 adjustment affects only the rebound while the PSS10 affects both compression and rebound.
Anyway - a great setup which is easily adjustable. The sway bars alone are a great upgrade too and don't affect ride quality at all.
It took me only a couple of hours to install the PSS9 myself - I bought mine used for $1000.
The sway bars were also bought used - I think for $500. These took me an our to install those I think - it was long time ago.
@Jasper, thanks for the info, I don't think I can do the work myself, but used parts like sway bars are a good way to save thanks for the head's up. I have H&R lowering springs currently. They are nice but something more needs to be done. I just can't explain it.
Cpepper:
so far, you have been given great advice. I think you are most probably looking for coilovers and Bilstein PSS9 or 10's would give you that bit more, you are looking for, especially when combined with (adj.) sway bars. If you lower the car a tad and runn a slightly stiffer set-up, I think this will be what you are looking for.
As for coilovers, a used set usually pops up in the FS or marketplace thread, keep you eyes open. Also, the GT3 guys are usually swapping stuff out looking for the latest and greatest, this means you can find a sweet deal....sometimes........
BTW: you didn't mention anything with your exhaust......I can't say enough great things about the Fister D modification, simply put the best bang for the buck, period.
GL in your hunt.
+996 on PSS9s. Both compression and rebound are adjusted at the same time on both PSS9s and 10s. Difference is one more setting, and 1 is stiffest on PSS9 while 1 is softest on PSS10s. Also bought mine used with under 12k miles on them, and they have been beyond great for playing slightly with ride height, and a lot with ride quality. I run 5F and 6R, and went for X74 ride height, with a used set of ROW M030 ARBs, which are an excellent balance for the non track junkie looking for an order of magnitude improvement in ride and handling. They can always be rebuilt by Bilstein for about $150 a corner IIRC. Here's a crappy cell phone shot. I also put on 7.5mm FVD spacers all around.
