Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

As thread title really Mine is leaking and whilst I don't mind buying/replacing, my engineering brain likes the idea of repairing/servicing Is it possible? Anybody done it? Thanks in advance, Dan

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Guessing that the answer is "no" then But thanks for looking anyway. Gotta say though, this a fab site: the wealth of info is amazing. Certainly helped me when looking for my 996 Must make more of an effort to contribute Dan

POST 3Original post

Welcome and are you coming from a Subaru WRX by chance(inspiration by Colin McCrae)?

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the welcome The name does hail back to my Subaru days, but not a wrx. I had a couple modded uk turbo cars (based in uk!) both ended up with circa 300bhp.... But looked standard Moved on to an Audi S4 Avant, bi-turbo'd V6...... With a remap. Real sleeper car, but ultimately boring to drive. The had a mk5 Golf/Rabbit GTI. Lightly modded. Now have a 996 c4. Not modded, yet Dan
