Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Is it correct that code P1124 has something to do with maf sensor? i'm assuming replacing the sensor is not that critical to damage the engine. advice needed. thanks.

POST 2Original post

1124 Oxygen Sensing Adaptation Area 1 (Cylinders 1 - 3) - Rich Threshold As it's only one bank of cylinders showing the fault - unlikely to be MAF MAF would effect both sides at the same time, so you'd have a fault code for bank 1-3 and 4-6 on the car. Could be vacuum issue on the air intake, or low fuel pressure, or clogged injector Non critical as it's emissions related - will not harm the car - may burn out the CEL bulb if you leave it lit for months and months....

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

i have a pending code 1125, probably related to banks you mentioned. thanks for your post.

The 1125 is the other bank (1) and indicates that you are running RICH on that bank.
