German Parts and Restoration. www.gprparts.com best price on the web for spacers and bolts. Be sure to ask for the correct bolts with your order. My H&R spacers and bolts cost me approx $80 shipped for the front axle. C.

I can get them from H&R for you: 7mm front, part number 14957161 = $48 a pair (spacer bolts), Part number 1455206 = $4.00 each Give me a call if interested.
