Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I am in the market for an extended warranty for my 02 996.The Dealer has showed me CNA and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them( I think it is expensive) and also would like to hear about other vendors and how owners felt about their warranty.

POST 2Original post

CNA is a solid company. I'm in the industry (different company) and wouldn't be afraid to buy one of their products. As to the price, see if you can get the dealer to come down some, but as with anything, you get what you pay for...

POST 3Original post

Everyday- I have contacted Warranty Direct for my 00 C2 cab - quoted me around $2300 for 4 years/60K miles. Is this a company you recommend? As I am now out of warranty - can I use CNA too?

POST 4Original post

Loren, I visited the Warranty Direct website and everything seems valid. The only thing that would make me a little nervous is that they say they are backed by an insurance company but didn't give the name of the insurance company. I'd want to know who that is before buying a contract from them. I haven't heard of this company before, other than seeing posts similar to this one. I'd call a few of your local dealers to see if they would honor this contract and then see if they have any service contracts that you would be eligible for. Good luck!!

POST 5Original post

I think they also do business as "Interstate National Dealer Services" - does that ring a bell?
