Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I am wondering what types of music you listening to when driving your porsche? Or favorite type of music? Personally I like Euro disco or trance.
get the upbeat energy going!!
can barely hear music with the straight pipes
but yes, ipod on shuffle - ten thousand songs, playlists of usually 100-300 very ecclectic.
thievery corporation's stuff is a favourite at this moment in time. also some dave brubeck classics
The Ruf exhaust really drives me crazy. I find myself turning down the radio all the time just to hear that sweet-revving engine. That said, on long highway drives, I'm listening to Yes, Pink Floyd, or Dire Straits.
Ditto or if I am in the mood...some dance, techno early in the am..no need for coffee by the time I am in my office. On the way home some smooth jazz or r&b to destress, maybe some talk radio. I also enjoy some rock Eagles, Boston, VH, Lenny Kravitz, LP.
Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries".
To paraphrase Robert Duval in "Apocalypse Now", "I love the smell of Pagids in the morning. It smells like speed"!
Cheers,
I have over 30 hours of music in the 6 CDs (MP3) in my trunk. I've never gotten around to changing them. (Beatles, Velvet underground, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, Led Zepp, Dream Theater, and some non-traditional stuff like Fela Kuti)
I just inherited my father's impressive jazz collection (several hundred CDs - many audiophile recordings). I'm now enjoying Brubeck, Getz, Mulligan, Miles Davis, Chet Atkins et al. Very cool vibe - reminds me of my childhood. Otherwise not really my style, but I find the stereo too pitiful to listen to music at any real volume. The Ramones and Iggy Pop will have to wait until I get a real sound system.
Has no one listened to Fluke?
They do some wonderful stuff with a moderately quick tempo - it's definitely music for drivers. I think BMW and VW have used Fluke songs in their commercials. I believe the album "Risotto" has Atom Bomb and Absurd. Some very nice relaxing songs on there, too.
Also: I do a fair amount of Britney listening in my car. Come on, it's soooo catchy. I know someone else here has to..
Ulrich Schnauss is good cruising music... very overlooked. Very relaxing.
Really, I have a 40gb iPod I just leave on shuffle most of the time, but those are some highlights. I'm prone to the occaisonal DSOTM or Zeppelin listening, too. And Miles Davis can be wonderful at 3am.. assuming I'm not fighting to keep my eyes open
