Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

what do you think.. there is NO way I would do this (cost alone, plus all the work.... BUT if it was real wood...not cheap stickers...
Nice or OMG!!
Enjoy,
Ed
OMG....only because I don't think wood belongs in a sports car. Carbon fiber, or painted looks more appropriate IMO. Many may disagree, but I'd keep the wood for the luxury cars.
I don't really care for it, but the tan interiors are sometimes a problem in the 996. I've seen some where the side vents and and all the other plastic pieces are black. Against the tan it looks much worse than these wood accents.
wow, to be honest.. 6 months ago I really thought it was hot, then I kept the picture and re visited it just last night and did the same thing
OMG!!
wierd how what I though had changed...I did buy the Tan w/ black accents... I still like it, but P-car #2 will most certainly be black inside - and out !!
(1-2 years away)
That interior combination would not look out of place in the back of a stretched Bentley. I would need slippers and hot cocoa to feel comfortable in that car. Or a white suit, cane & hat, set the seat to gangster lean mode and cruise for my bitches.

I actually really like redridge's interior.
The first car posted (with the woody center console) is a bit much, but hey, to each their own. (I'm not an interior guy at all, I'd be happy with a few toggles and a metal floor, I just never notice anything)
I think the first one is overdone. The center console, vents, and instrument surrounds put it way over the top.
In fact, the first time I saw my Millennium (same as redridge's) I was not attracted to the wood very much. It grew on me over time...
In the right car I would think it adds a luxurious luster, like someone mentioned a stretch luxury limo or Bentley or Rolls...but in the confines of a Porsche, it just seems a bit over bearing.....but then again, sometimes pictures don't do justice to the subject matter. For instance, I'd like to see Redridge's car in person before I passed judgement....I'm a bit more conservative, so I prefer the darker interiors with some contrast pieces...not too many....just a few.
