Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Been running around with a lot of work projects this week!
Leading evidence: 'Run around' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Run around' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Selling my car - 29,000 miles, X51 powerkit, well optioned, and nice upgrades. Full posting in For Sale forum - same title. Let me know if you're intrested - happy to answer any questions! Thanks for looking.
GLWS, curious if you will be getting another Porsche? Nice ext and int colors and condition, looks to be a solid opportunity for someone in the market, especially because it is an X51.
Thanks, guys. I bought an '07 997 C2S, Midnight blue over tan, 15k on the clock. Drove it back from Princeton Porsche in NJ to Omaha this past weekend. Nothing like a short 20 hour drive over the weekend. I would like my 996 to go to a fellow enthusiast like us, hence my pricing and listing here on rennlist. Cheers,
Kurt
After your drive with the new 997 C2S, are you able to give a report on how it is better(different) than your 996? I'm contemplating a move at some point to a
997, so I'm interested in your comparison. Someone on Rennlist should consider your Porsche on offer, sounds like a nice package.
The simplest way I can describe the difference between a 997 and 996 is that a 997 is more refined and a 996 is more visceral in terms of the driving experience. My 996 is light in the front, gave excellent feedback in the steering, had my full attention while cornering, accelerating, etc. The 997 is great - I love it already, but it's different. Everything seems a bit more compliant - not as connected, less visceral. It's all excellent, a more solid chasis, no rattles, handles phenomenally well, and has a lot of scoot under the engine cover.
A 997 could make a bad driver look pretty good, whereas a bad driver would be exposed in the 996 because I feel it's more of a driver's car. The 997 is a phenomenal car - Porsche improves on each generation, but I will miss my 996 for that more raw, visceral sports car feel. Hope that's helpful.
Thanks, Phil - yes, it went to a fellow RL member. He's selling an '03 Turbo, midnight blue with 24k miles for $54k if you're interested! See post on For Sale forum. Said he wanted to put some cash in the bank by buying mine and selling his. He plans to pick it up Sunday night.
A smart move indeed, your car was definitely a bargain !
did you get your car 'appraised' by the stealer to see how much they would give you as a trade in ?
On the other hand, I see that he is not giving away his turbo
lol
