Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
If you were able to adjust the angle that the "fluted" pipe connects to the muffler so it would along the red line, that would cause the tips to be higher than shown in the pic.
Leading evidence: 'Adjust angle' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Adjust angle' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

When I installed my TechArt's, beside adjusting the C-clamp as Tim mentioned above, I also had to push-up the whole muffler can before tightening down the 3 bolts on the bracket in order to align the 2 sides to level out.

It was kinda tough to adjust then step back to check and adjust again until your eyes are satisfied with the results
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

My 03' C4S with PSE has the left tip hanging a little low compared to the right. In addition I live on a hill and if I don't enter at an angle the bottom of the left tip grinds on the driveway. Since i want to lower the car a bit, I need to get the tip up. (insert cialis jokes here) ____________
I tried loosening the clamps underneath but no luck, I am thinking there might be bending involved.
There is actually a little "play" available in the connection between the pipe holding the tips and the muffler pipe. In the pic below you can see that connection. The"C-clamp, which holds the two pipes together, has been removed and is resting on the pipes. This connection works almost like a "ball and socket" connection, but it has limited amount of "range of motion."
If you loosen the C clamp, you should be able to rotate the tips left or right and that will move the tips right or left but also raise or lower the tips a little. If the C-clamp is loose enough, you can also raise or lower the tips. There should be enough "play" on the seating of the two pipes that you can raise the tips 1/2" to 3/4 inch.
In the pic, the yellow line represents the relative connection of the "fluted" end of the tip pipe exactly as shown in the pic. If you were able to adjust the angle that the "fluted" pipe connects to the muffler so it would along the red line, that would cause the tips to be higher than shown in the pic. If you play with it a little, you should be able to raise the tips without having to bend the pipe.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
When I installed my TechArt's, beside adjusting the C-clamp as Tim mentioned above, I also had to push-up the whole muffler can before tightening down the 3 bolts on the bracket in order to align the 2 sides to level out. I was able to do it but it can only shift sligthly. Of course the clamp on the Cats needs to be loose as well for things to move around. It was kinda tough to adjust then step back to check and adjust again until your eyes are satisfied with the results
Good luck with the adjustments, you can make it level...
Cheers,
