Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

On my 99 Cab, I had my cab top replaced and now I am starting to see some fit issues. Would someone please take a pic from the inside of their cab of the location where the headliner comes into contact with the windshield frame housed in plastic? Mine has a gap and I wanted to know if that is normal. If I look from the inside back towards the upper rear of the top, I can see inside and past the headliner. I wonder if anyone can see that too. Also, please measure your gap for me. Mine is about 3/8 to 1/2 inch. Thanks. See attached pics.

POST 2Original post

Here you go. By the way, the fit is VERY tight against the horizontal beam (b/t the a-pillars) and then from the connector to the a-pillar you could slide your fingers in between. Let me know if you need anything further. ps. yours seems to be just fine.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks LVDell, that does seem to be normal. I appreciate the quick response. And, I have to say, your headliner looks so much cleaner than mine. Do you do anything in particular? Please share.

POST 4Original post

I think Dell vacuums the "foot prints" off the head liner after each use!
