Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Guys, I have a few scratches and little paint divets on my wheels -- nothing significant but certainly worth cleaning up a bit. Just wonder if there is a Porsche paint touch-color (or other touch up) that matches the standard wheel color. Arctic Silver, perhaps? Thanks for any insight!

POST 2Original post

Based on a thread at renntech, Wurth's "Metallic Silver Laquer Spray" ought to be pretty close. Here's a link to the article: http://www.renntech.org/forums/index...b-rash-repair/ Good luck.

POST 3Original post

I have not used it but I believe Wurth Silver Wheel Spray Paint would be a good match.... http://www.autogeek.net/wurth-silver...hannelid=FROOG

i know several people that have used this for wheel repairs and it is a very close match.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks, guys. I will give it a try. I'll probably just spray it into a container and paint from there as this is really just some minor touch-up -- no need to kill the mouse with an elephant gun. Wonder why they don't sell this stuff in small dramatically overpriced 2-ounce bottles.

POST 6Original post
