Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
(swear this has nothing to do with the Porsh-Porsch-a thing, though I know some might run me thru the wringer for this)
Leading evidence: 'Run me thru the wringer' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Run me thru the wringer' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

IMHO....you need to find a good tuning shop near you and go hang out....buy what you like from them and get off the ebay thing.... there is no support and no proof any of those things work from people selling on there.....They are selling "Stuff" and most just turn it for a buck and move on....
Go to someone who knows what they are selling, will help you get it set up and working right, and help if you have issues.....PLUS keep you from buying things you really dont need.
Just my $.02
This chip... I say "NO"
ALSO
I am being friendly when I ask... is your name Maci? and is it May See or Mack EE ( I have heard it both ways...) Mine is easy...Ed
(swear this has nothing to do with the Porsh-Porsch-a thing, though I know some might run me thru the wringer for this)
You are WAY off base, the "E" is silent and the "D" is the sound of "d" followed by a soft "u"
Its like saying Double, but only the first sylible
ya know "Duh"
Agree with the others that it is kind of risky, but the idea is of interest. I been tempted to try the Softronics approach (reprogram the stock chip). Easily reversable if needed (except for the money part
).
Sorry, chip for n/a motors are generally not cost-effective.
Plus that company and ad looks like a rip-off.
I've chipped several Turbo VWs and Audis (with Neuspeed and APR), that's where you get bang for the buck, a true 30-50hp by bumping the boost with fuel mapping.
Agreed. Turbos have room for gaining a decent amount of HP, but the potential HP gains for a NA car is maybe 10 to 12 HP? You won't even notice the added HP.
However,
your car will go faster
because your wallet will be $750 to $1,000 lighter and you won't be willing to admit (even to yourself) that you spent $750+ and got nothing for it.
