I used the bodyshop across from my photo studio in Long Beach,,,they did a okay job and only charged about $1200 to put the parts on and paint...they painted the hood, bumper and fenders (and the driverside door..because it had some scratches).

I know there's been a couple of 02 facelift here...... I need help in finding the best place with the best (cheapest) price in SoCal...... Anyone know of any and how much would it cost with paint and labor? i dealt with Los Angeles Dismantler and they want an arm and a leg for it... they also do the 997 facelift as well.... which i really like, but they wanted $9K for it without paint.......so i have a 99 cab.... help!!!!!!!

I got the parts myself and sold the old parts on Ebay for more than I paid for the new parts....but I got lucky someone bought all parts and thought it would be an easy DIY...and it is not!! I used the bodyshop across from my photo studio in Long Beach,,,they did a okay job and only charged about $1200 to put the parts on and paint...they painted the hood, bumper and fenders (and the driverside door..because it had some scratches). I spend about 3K (I think) and sold my parts for around $ 1500 (not sure either) Would I do it again?/ Yes.....since the P is from 99 it is okay if not everything is super perfect!

I did it myself and I would say it is pretty easy.
