Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.
Rennlist: 1 discussions
0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.
0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Hi All,
For the Holidays, we are putting our 996/Boxster carbon fiber center console and mirror housings on sale. Since you'll probably just get a tie or CD for Christmas, why not give yourself a great present that you'll appreciate every day!
Our Porsche carbon parts are made in Europe. We make sure the carbon is straight and the finish smooth. All our parts use BASF clear coat and have UV inhibitors. You will not find better carbon parts - or a wider selection.
Both are 15% off or 20% when you order both. At the sale price, the console is $950 (normally 1150) and the mirrors are $700 (normally 825). There is no core charge so you can keep your old parts or put them on eBay to reduce your cost even further.
Give us a call or drop us an email to take advantage of this great offer

MAcarbon is quality stuff. We carry it at 969 so if you're local and want to see some CF stuff we have a small display case full of CF goodies .
here's a larger version of that picture...
Kirby,
Thanks for the great shot of one of our Lamborghini Murcis. Just to be up front, the steering wheel is a Gemballa. All of the other parts are ours.

Sorry its taken a little while to get this question answered.
The swap is very easy. We use brand new Posche mirror shells so there is a perfect fit. Installation takes about 20 minutes on each side. Here's the process for the driver side. The passenger is the same.
1. Adjust the mirror (using the switch) to its innermost point. The left corner of the mirror should be protruding or at the edge of the housing.
2. Place your finger between the mirror and the housing and gently pull out.
3. With the mirror out, remove the three screws that hold the housing to the mirror arm.
4. Remove the old housing from the car.
5. Place carbon housing on the car.
6. Insert and tighten the three screws.
7. Replace the mirror.
You're all done.
