Folks, I have been searching the forums and find conflicting info on replacing my stock front bumper with the better looking C4/Turbo/40th anniversary bumper. From what I gather the turbo bumper has a different set up and won't fit properly with my 2004 c2. What is difference between C4 and 40th anniversary bumper and what will fit better and is there any issues with cooling or something else that need to be changed other than just bumper? Ie. radiator issue

Interesting, because the 40th is a C2 from 2004... Albeit fancied up a bit.

40th or C4 bumper will fit. You may need a couple of plastic lower panels to close the gap. Oh, and the C4 (or 40th) lower splitter/lip will be needed for the bottom edge. Dont forget the rad. grills which are black on the C4 and silver on the 40th. C4 grills are prob. cheaper as more have been produced than the 40th. If you go to the official Porsche site in the UK, you can look up the part numbers for the 40th with drawings. Dont think you can do that at the US site? Cheers, Paul
