I have PSM but I don't think that's the light which flashed as it was the 3rd one from the left.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

So I was driving along enjoying my 03 carrera, I stopped at a red light and decide to give it a go. I floored in 1st and goes all the way up to redline and shifts into 2nd, a little wheel spin(very little), then the car felt like it put on its brakes and a light flashed twice in the lower left of the array of warning lights. I have PSM but I don't think that's the light which flashed as it was the 3rd one from the left. 2nd one from left is the check engine light. Would hitting the rev limiter flash any lights?? I hope I didn't break anything...the car drives fine after. It felt as if the car bogged down and lost power when I popped the clutch after I shifted into 2nd, at that same instance, the light flashed maybe twice. It all happened too fast, I couldn't make out which light it was flashing for sure. Any inputs?
