Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

49 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Ok, time for a trip back to the long cancelled Arsenio Hall show... What CD is currently in your CD player right now? Mine has had the new Metallica CD "Death Magnetic" in it for the past 2 months.

Took the CD changer out of my car! I've got a Hank Williams Jr. tape in the tape deck though. A State of Trance 2008 - (DJ Armin van Buuren) is in the car that still has a CD player. Andy

POST 3Original post

Who listens to CDs anymore? Long car trips I have my iPod. Around town I have XM. At home I have iTunes.

POST 6Original post

I've got a disk that I put together using iTunes...a little Eagles, Marc Anthony, Kelly Clarkson,.... Managed to get 20 analog cuts on the CD. Sure wish that the player would play songs from MP3 files. I could get ~125 songs on a single Cd that way. The ancient technology of that CD player is the one thing about my Pcar that frustrates me. That and the fact that I have no Bluetooth. But stay tuned, a remedy of these inadequacies is on the way.

One track? What a waste of a disc. I have to admit that I am listening to two recent presents, Circus by Britney Spears and Funhouse by Pink.

POST 13Original post

Seems that I tend to choose music based on the car. For my 911 I have Robin Trower, SRV, and Alvin Lee.

POST 17Original post

Quotes source post: 6136866

Ha, someone else that knows Robin Trower, great guitar, have Day of the Eagle and a couple other tunes on my iPod through the P-car..... CDs kind of came and went quick....maybe not as fast as 8-tracks but almost.

POST 21Original post

Quotes source post: 6137671

hey, I have some Kingston Trio on my iPod!

POST 22Original post

Hmmm. If you know those guys, it says something about your age, and it isn't good news.

POST 23Original post

Quotes source post: 6137545

All through college I was in a band that did two sets of Trower (as good as we could anyway). Have you got "Robin Trower another days blues" yet? Just great! Regarding ipod vs. CD. I just can't bring myself to have some kid digging around in the dash of my car to install an iPod connection. . . it will be CD's until I get a new car, I guess.

POST 24Original post

Bunch of loose change. My 2yo son likes to play with it.

Always loved Robin Trower. Wonderful guitarist. I have an iPod connector in my Audi TT - getting those 8-track cassettes to fit is a bear. Seriously, the adapter works great and the fidelity is super. Much better than CDs, no question.

POST 26Original post

Quotes source post: 6137843

Yeah, I use the iPod connector in my Acura. I do buy a lot of digital music, but for an album where I like the majority of the content I will still buy the CD and upload it to my computer, but to get the higher quality.

POST 27Original post

Always some Stevie Ray Vaughan and for long drives Thievery Corporation or Massive Attack.
