I used wax on my Saleen wheels for years with great results.

I found a long bores hair brush that made cleaning the sport designs pretty easy but you cannot let them get bad...

during my 2+ years in the 996 I owned 4 sets of headlights....the originals leaked, the second set had burnt inner lens, one set was cheap and though I could use the parts to fix the ones I was running but the fourth set was perfect...

NOW is the best time to put REJEX on them - everywhere!! inside, outside...everywhere!

Wouldnt a good quality wax work as well? I used wax on my Saleen wheels for years with great results. However those where chrome wheels and these are not.
Wax should be OK, the only problem I could think of is if the temperature of the wheel gets too high?
Although thinking it through a dark body panel in the summer sun gets pretty hot to...
Coolant leak fixed. Pics of new tires and wheels finally on the 996. The crew at Wheel Dynamics are true proffesionals and answered many questions. The wheels look better than I would have ever expected and fit without any issues.

Charles -- great looking wheels and I'm not just saying that because I have the same exact set.
Did you go with 275/30-19s on the rear, and if so, what tire? That's the size I have, and the tires look more stretched on my car than they do on yours. I have to mount new rears soon and I was going to go with 285/30-19 in the Conti DW.
Damn, that Aero looks good!!! The RPK's will look really great on that color. While I had all four wheels off, I cleaned and repainted the calipers and hats with a high temp high gloss paint and if really sets off the wheels.
