Very clean look, but in my humble opinion, you should complete the MKI aerokit with the 2 GT flares on the rear bumper.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
31 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I've only owned the car for 3 weeks and took the opportunity to clean it up from what little driving I've been able to enjoy. It's a 2001 C2 with 19,550 miles. My second pcar, the first a 84 944 way back in college. Loved that car and always knew one day I'd be able to obtain a 911, my dream car. I absolutely love this car. My wife and kids also love it, so it's a perfect fit for the whole family. I still have to replace the dealer window around the plate. Anyhow, I just wanted to share. I'm a newbie on Rennlist and just learning about this outstanding automobile. Probably overkill on the pics and the lighting isn't the best, but enjoy.

Must have that Tail!!! Which one is that? It is BEAUTIFUL!!
Oh yeah, Nice car. Welcome!
I may look into the painted calipers, nice suggestion. The wing is known as the Carrera wing, I think. Automation.com has them.
Get this, I'm out with the family, admiring my ride and all of a sudden the clutch pedal has something under it..the dead panel broke off. Go figure, you can't have anything nice. Anyhow, the dead pedal has a plastic backing and apparently not as sturdy as I thought. New one ordered.
Thanks for the comments and the welcome.
The car does look great all cleaned up. You better not drive it and get it dirty
Where did you get the little porsche badge under the front liscence plate? I cant say that I have ever seen this before- I imagine the plate would cover that up anyway.
Car looks great! Who is the rear wing by? I think that it is a good alternative to the factory aero wing. If you can do without your calipers for awhile, contact Eli at
www.fastforwardwheels.com
, he does awesome painting.
I have no idea where the original owner got the little porsche plate on the front spoiler. Nice touch though. The green tint is from all the trees. I was letting it dry in the shade when the pics were taken. We've had tons of rain and everything is green here. I'll get some more pics out in the sun to show off the true color.
Thanks again for the comments. And by the way, I'll have to clean it up again. One day later and 160 miles ruined all my hard work, but it was a blast.

Car looks great, I really like silver on any sports car.

I looked at
www.Automation.com
but did not find any wings. Can you point me in the right direction, I like the wing and have been searching for one for awhile now.
Serenity...I feel like a complete idiot. Automotion.com. Anyhow, I'm not sure if this is the exact wing, but it looks like it. Best of luck.

Very clean look, but in my humble opinion, you should complete the MKI aerokit with the 2 GT flares on the rear bumper. I think Chad is selling his brand new set on this forum (few posts up). It will make your rear look "wider". Enjoy!
