For those in NJ (i'm in Union County) , can anyone recommend a car wash that cares as much as we do?

The product was originally desiged for the RV industry (most parks prohibit use of water to wash).

If you don't have a drain in your garage use Quick & Easy Wash by Protect All.

I too am a self-washer, but winter is here this week and the car needs a shower.
For those in NJ (i'm in Union County) , can anyone recommend a car wash that cares as much as we do?
Also for those from NJ who are members of our local PCA, I just joined and went to a great meeting, let me know who else are members so we can connect at the next meeting.

If I remember correctly, Summit Car wash is owned by a guy who also sells used Pcars. That's near my old stomping gound and my wife is from that area - I think she knows the owner... I would hope they do a good job...

-an ex-NJ, loving NC guy (it was 77 here on thurs).
A couple of year ago I had a sink and hot water installed in my Garage for this reason, Funny I just washed my car an hour ago in the Garage and It's 19 Degrees here in Randolph NJ. I have a slant and a french drain also so having the water rinse away is not a problem, As for Car wash, I never trust them. Lastly the tire guide at most placees are not desinged for 10 - 11" rears so rubbing and scratching occurs.
hot water supplu is thebest solution since cold days are a lot of them, and using car wask these days will cause one these days a scratch....i.e. the cost of installing a tap with hot water is for sure a lot less....

If those guys use it and recommend it (there are some very obessed detailers there), it can't be all that bad. I have been using it this winter with very good results. Many detailers us it in areas that have water use rules and limits. You can buy it direct from Protect all.
I am lucky enough to have a garage with a floor drain and hot water. I use a propane heater to take the chill out of the air. TV and a freg for adult beverages....makes watching the game on Sunday alot of fun....even if my Giants are no where to be seen these Sundays. Gary I also just joined NNJR/PCA. Are you going to the meeting at the end of the month, 1/30/05? I understand it is for new members and to explain track events. I am planning on attending.
