I love that top speed run on the long straight near the end, he just keeps it planted through the curves.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Chad, this ones for you. I put this on the OT tread, but thought some of you might appreciate it. It could be the best track video I have ever seen. Oh, there is Porsche content, notice the cars he passes http://www.bmwtransact.com/microsite/Nurburgring/

POST 2Original post

Hahaha - great video, especially when he really gets moving. I love that top speed run on the long straight near the end, he just keeps it planted through the curves. Amazing. I wonder what his time was...

POST 3Original post

Yeah, this is a great video... Somone posted this awhile back, but nonetheless, always nice to see it come up again. The driver has got some skill

POST 4Original post

Alright, I know M3s are fast (I used to have one) and that they handle great, but what exactly are we watching here? Was it a time trial? And how could it pass Pcars that fast? Were they in the same class? I am definitely pretty amazed.

POST 5Original post

WOW! It had to be staged.................................... No pcar lays down like that. Awesome video!

POST 6Original post

Agree with dallas on that.......awesome video but that M3 was moving by some serious other cars. I can understand the Ford Focus and such, but not the GT3's and 964/993 track beasts. Noetheless, great video. I can honestly say my adreneline was really pumping.

POST 7Original post

the driver is hans stuck. there are very few drivers who's faster than stuck in a touring car and even fewer who has as many laps has stuck had around the ring. also, it's not a normal m3, it's a GTR V8. it has well over 400hp. it's not slower than cup cars.

POST 8Original post

WOW!!! awesome... He was flying by everyone else. Was that just 1 lap? hahahaha Did anyone notice the crack on his windshield?

POST 10Original post

I did Peter. Bothered the crap outta me. All I kept thinking was how distracting that would be.

POST 11Original post
