I have used them extensively on the track and find them really great.They are super in the wet and close to the BF Goodrich KD's in the dry.I haven't found then to chunk to badly and run typically 30 front 32 rear pressure wise

What can I expect from my S-03's on the track? I've had S-02's on the track before but not S-03's. Will they give me some warning before letting go? Will I get good wear or will they feather or chunk? What's the best tire pressure to run (hot) front and rear with factory alignment? 225/40-18 (F) and 285/30-18 (R) I'm almost wishing I had bought S-02's now because I know how the car drove with those.

had S03 on a 996 and it does chunk. it gives you plenty of warning before it goes. you will hear lots of screeching noises like most street tires.

Nick, I've tracked S-03s several times. Dry traction comparable to Rossos, but I can't compare them to S-02s. S-03s are very progressive and they talk a lot. You'll know when you're approaching the limit, just explore judiciously! I was running 32/39 cold which ended up at 36/44 hot. Have fun.

Before the SO3s I was running with Conti SportContact IIs. The SO3s have not chunked with me and they seem to do well on the track, at least much better then the Conti SportContact IIs I had before.

I used them before and I think you'll like them as much as the S02 if not more. I'm told that these tire last pretty long
