Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 4Original post

Porsche suggests an annual service for cars that don't log 9,000 miles a year. They also suggest two years/15,000 miles for oil changes, and two years for brake fluid replacement. I'm in the low mileage mode. The annual service is essentially an inspection unless you're at the two year period for oil or brake fluid changes. Personally, I have the oil/filters done annually, although the dealer service writer swears by the Porsche two year recomendation. I do follow the brake fluid two year recommendation. I drive the car once a week just to keep things charged and lubricated if we don't have it out on the weekend.
