Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Also I'm still chuckling and happy I came back to check on this thread.
Leading evidence: 'Check on this thread' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check on this thread' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

So, there is an annoying buzz in my shifter. It's plastic on plastic and goes away when I push down on the cover.
I need to remove the cover completely to fix the issue, but it looks like I need to remove the Tiptronic shift **** to pop the cover all the way. For the life of me I cant' seem to find a screw or any way to remove the lever, and of course I dont' want to break it.
Does anyone know the procedure for this?
Thanks,
Aaron
Repeat after me. Yabba dabba doooo! Happy holidays and hopefully a quiter one. Also it seems to me a gear shift lever rattle last I recall is some time after 130 and such mph hmmmmmm.
Oh man I gotta agree with that. My sister jumps in and says, what's that noise? I'm listening and worried. Oh I don't hear it anymore she says. I know better to ask a woman what it sounded like.
Anyway medtech there are manuals online. Also I'm still chuckling and happy I came back to check on this thread. hehehe What are friend for hehehe. All of them were darn good shots

Ps. Thanks for the help. I can definitely say I never would have figured that out, and would have been looking to Marc's option very quickly.
