I'm just surfing around and saw that the Vortech SC for the 996 was $11,500.... OUCH... Repeat after me... OUCH OUCH OUCH... I remember a long time ago when a SC for a Miata (albeit not Vortech) was $2500, a Vortech for the Mustang was around $4500, for my old E36 M3 was $6000 and the same Vortech SC for the 996 is $11,500!!! I know, I know....volume, volume, volume, volume... But WOW, what a difference in pricing...

It's not a Vortech SC it's a VF SC that uses the Vortech blower. There's a lot more to it than the blower but I still here ya, 11 large is a whack of money.
