As some of you might know , I have a bit of a wheel fetish and have a few sets, my question is this, if i go with a wide body car(996),what size wheel spacer should i use, I am thinking a 25MM but not sure...

just ordered wheel spacers Eibachs ( I hope I won't get to many: wtf where you thinking's, like when I put H&R springs on my P!! ) rear 15MM and front 7MM.....will post images when they are installed.

ditto that point.... depeding on what wheel you decide to use, that will determine your spacers. Follow factory specs and subtract

Paul, I run 5mm/fr and 14mm/r on my C4S with the Turbo twists. As you can see from the pics, they fill out the wheel wells as much as possible and the car handles great. 25mm sounds pretty extreme, but it depends on your wheel offset too. Are you getting another pcar before your 997 TT gets here?

It's funny it does look much more extreme in some photos than in person. In reality, it doesn't look like it would rub if I dropped it with the ROW springs/shocks. Time will tell when I do the mod.

No No plans to go with a WB 996, but prices are soo cheap for a TT south of the border, I was playing with the idea.If i do I will NOT be putting any parts for sale on here, Thank a certain person for that.I will PM all the Members who wanted parts..I said PLAYING with the idea, nothing more
