Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have an EVO SC installed by EVO in arizona, my question is this: Does your engine bay lid have both "lifters" or only the right one? It looks like EVO has removed the left lifter on my car, and I am wondering if I should have that replaced or if they removed it because it doesn't fit anymore. By "lifter" I mean the gas filled shock looking thingie that holds the lid oped on the engine bay.

POST 2Original post

I have both mine. It looks like they ground down a corner of the intercooler to make it fit. I had the same problem as all SC owners with a close fit with the engine lid until I got the Misha wing and removed all the mechanism for the stock rear wing actuator. Will
