Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

they're probably a little cheaper than the hre's too.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

i'm condsidering a major bling mod for my 996...want to do a wheel upgrade and was looking at the ASANTI forged line--19"-black with a big polished lip. what should i expect to pay for a set of these...ballpark.
i put 17" FIKSE fm 10's on my 951 for about $600 a wheel....i thought that was a good price.
i imagine these will be bit more than that and have been told that they are comparable in quality to say an HRE.
your comments/suggestions are appreciated.
^ evo's suggestion is a good one, as HRE does make some sexy rims.
might i also suggest lowenhart, maya and cargraphic to the list. If you're on a tight budget (and it doesn't really seem like you are
) racing hart might be a good choice as well.
regards.
P.S., i've got some family in columbia maryland...next time i go to visit them, i'd love 2 come by and see your car with the rims on.
Can't comment on the Asantis....don't know if I've ver seen them...
I just took delivery of HRE C22s last week (black w/ polished lip). They really are gorgous wheels.
Now if I can just find the time to have them installed...
can't go wrong with bbs but there pretty similiar in style to the fikse fm-10's i have on the 951.
if i was going to track the 996 anymore--which i am not planning too at this point, i'd consider them. they're probably a little cheaper than the hre's too. i have 18" turbo's now and think i'd like to stay with a 5 spoke design which led me to the 19"- 542's. my car is metalic black and i'm considering going with the charcol paint instead of black, to add alittle bit of low key contrast.
what do you think? the c22's are HOT!! i prefer a slightly wider spoke design though. i mean anything in the hre line is really outraegous it just comes down to what you like. but you can't go wrong anyway you mount 'em!!
i haven't been able to locate any pic's of black 996's with any style charcol rim.
if anyone see's one send me a link--thanks!
.....UPDATE.....
went with the hre 542's with charcoal centers sould have 'em before xmas...will post pics ASAP!!
thanks for pointing me in the right direction guys.....have a good bird!!!
