Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

14 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

As you may recall, I scraped my bumperettes with my garage door. Eric at Bumperplugs fixed them for me... they are looking great again. Thanks Eric... you are terrific!! Getting the bumperettes on was a bit of a task. Had to remove the rear bumper cover, but thanks to Orient Express I figured out how. Everything installed and clean... Thanks to both of you for your help!!

Lookin' good man. Enjoy dinner last night? Saw you out of the corner of the place but could not get over to your table. Not a bad place, eh?

POST 6Original post

Now that the repair is complete, have you fixed your garage door safety stop so that it cannot happen again?

POST 10Original post

Looks like new! So you need to take the whole bumper off to get the post-facelift model bumperettes off? When I got my pre-facelift bumperettes painted, I just had to unscrew them from below.

POST 11 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I believe 2002 and below, you can screw off... 2003 is getting a bit more involved.

POST 12Original post

Hey hey hey - I know the MkII cars are better and all, but that's a bit harsh isn't it? Can't we all just get along?
