Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
I went to the Los Angeles car show last month and Porsche had the 40th Anniversary model, the Carerra GT, Turbo Cab, GT3 and the usual run of the mill 996 coupes, targa and cabs.

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Went to the show and determined the following:
1. The Chicago Auto Show is the largest in the USA (So they claim!)
2. Chicago is one of the largest and most populous cities in the USA.
3. People in Chicago and the suburbs buy Porsches.
4. Porsche decided not to show the Carrera GT, the GT-2, the GT-3 and the 996 Targa.
5. What are they thinking? Will Cayenne sales cover all overhead, and will Porsche become a truck company?
6. Porsche chose not to bring the excitement......
7. Why was Detroit blessed with the Carrera GT? I'm so confused!
I'm in Chicago and went because I had heard how good the Chicago show is.
What a let down!!!
The Ford display was awesome. Ferrair and Porsche.... totally lame.
They didn't even have a Turbo coupe!!
Chicago used to be THE North American auto show. But since Detroit now holds that title, Porsche doesn't spend the money (or risk) to put their goodies in two shows so close together. Sad, really...I have fond memories of my Dad and I driving up to that show from W. Lafayette, IN when I was younger.

I think the reason that there was no TT coupe was that '04 that I ordered/purchased was originally allocated as the car for the Chicago show. So few coupes were going to be produced for US import and allocations were so tight back in July, that PCNA scavenged my allocation from the show. At least that was what I was told when I placed the order back then.
So my humblest of apologies for Porsche having such a mediocre representation. I'm really, really sorry. Honestly. No, I mean it. I've had to go down into my garage several times as I've been typing this to allow my tears to wash over the smokin' hot tailpipes of my red beauty. (sniffle......

I went to the Los Angeles car show last month and Porsche had the 40th Anniversary model, the Carerra GT, Turbo Cab, GT3 and the usual run of the mill 996 coupes, targa and cabs. I am sure Detroit was similar. Next year, come to L.A. where it's 70 degrees in January.
Well, I'm sure Houston will be similar.
I was glad to at least go home and drive my Turbo coupe since there wasn't even one at the show.
If I can get LA in my territory, I'll go there.
I do have Detroit in my territory, but there's never a reason to go there!
I went today too - disappointing that there wasn't anything different than any dealer lot would have (except the Porsche Driving School car). I'd have loved to have seen one of any one of the GTs or have had a nice "special" invite from my Porsche dealer to go see the show/stop by the booth for a freebie because we value your business...Oh well. At least it wasn't as terrible as the Ferrari display. Two cars, eight seats -- who approved that?
