Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Install few tpc superchargers' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Install few tpc superchargers' (1 discussions). These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

yeah so its that time... got to get a clutch.the clutch has felt really weird for some time now and today while accelerating rather heavily
when i shifted to third the revs just went up and then the clutch finally grabbed.... so yeah my question is where can i get the cheapest oem clutch kit (dps motorsports is so far the best priced ive seen)... yeah so i was going to do it my self but then learned about the actuater and that i should do rms while im there so im jsut going to a dealer but still want to buy the clutch kit my self so any tips where to get cheap
Got a OEM Sachs clutch kit off of eBay, a seller in Southern California. Around $400 or so as I recall? Dealer wanted $650 in parts. Install went fine...
so i called motorwerks today and they said that they would charge me about a grand to 1400 for labor depending on if i need a new flywheel or not. that seems rather high since i heard people getting it done for 1200 including parts. so my question is does anybody know of a good place to go to around the chicago land area. thanks again
Top notch guys. They have done work on both my Porsches and BMW's. Very trustworthy, which is hard to find. They also installed a few TPC superchargers .
I had mine done last fall at an Indie I use. I can't recall the exact price, but I think it was right around a $1k. I was pleasently surprised I remember that. Something about the front seat(s) having to come out??
It's funny hearing some of you guys talk about Sunset. Being that I'm right near there I've stopped in a few times and it's been nothing but snootyness. One time on the phone the guy I talked to was cool, but otherwise - zippo. Also, they give some break on parts ordered through them, something like 15% above invoice, unless you live in OR or WA, which they know when you give them the shipping address.
went there yesterday and dropped off my car. very nice people and you can tell they do a quality job. came out to 1400$ but thats because im getting a new rms and some other things since the transmisson is out.
I just replaced mine 2 days ago (2002 C4S).
I photographed and made several videos of the process.
It was simpler than I thought. The old clutch was in such bad condition,
that I cannot understand how it still worked.
I paid $1300 CDN here in Toronto. The dealer wanted $4000 CDN.
