How can I hardwire my V1?? Does anyone have an Idea? I have seen the BeastPower's custom rear view mirrors, however, they were too expensive. Question #2: Were looking to add a changer since we did not get that option. Anyone have an idea on what kind of changer the 03 takes. Thanks in advance.

Hi: Check the DIY for 996 at www.p-car.com They have a hard wire DIY You might also do a search on Rennlist. I know there has been a lot of conversation on this subject in the past few months. Oh, and BTW, welcome to RENNLIST!

Q1 -- Do a search here on V1 install. This has been covered many many times. Q2 -- All MY03 cars have the MOST (fiber optic) stereo system bus. That means you can likely add the Porsche CDC-4 (MOST compatible) only or change out the whole stereo system with a non MOST setup.
