Anyway, you could also use a type of small camera that attaches to your videocamera's line-in, you can attactch it anywhere you want in the car (like the passenger seat for example with a head band) and its so versatile you can get any camera angles you want, and you can use it for other vehicle not only your car, I use this for my sportquad and sportbike onboard shots also.

Anybody know of a good reasonably priced camcorder mount for the 996 cabriolet? I have seen a few of the videos that some of you guys have posted, and would like to get a setup for my car.

Soloperformance makes car mounts (I think Scott in Houston had one of them) but their link doesn't work anymore http://www.soloperformance.com/catalog_cameramount.htm Anyway, you could also use a type of small camera that attaches to your videocamera's line-in, you can attactch it anywhere you want in the car (like the passenger seat for example with a head band) and its so versatile you can get any camera angles you want, and you can use it for other vehicle not only your car, I use this for my sportquad and sportbike onboard shots also.
