Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thinking about x74 and wanted to get some install quotes.

POST 2Original post

I know a guy at http://www.atspeedmotorsports.com

POST 3Original post

I would recommend IMA Motorsports or TPC Racing. -KJ

POST 4Original post

IMA Motorsports in Vienna or Intersport in Tysons.

POST 5Original post

IMA, Intersport, or ASG would all do a good job for you, among others. Intersport put my PSS9's on and does my regular maintenance, and I've been happy with them. =Carlos=

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the feedback fellas. Time to start making some calls.

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Carlos, How much did the pss9 install cost? Thanks.

POST 8Original post

The guys at ASG in Merrifield are great. I've heard a lot of nice things about IMA as well.

POST 9Original post

At least consider doing it yourself. It's kind of fun, takes about 5-8 hours with help, and will save you around $600. Even a clueless knucklehead like me can do it and post a DIY. https://rennlist.com/forums/996-forum/302995-996-c2-pss9-install-how-to-diy.html You will need an alignment afterward. If not, I liked Funktion Auto near Dulles.

POST 10Original post

They did a bunch of stuff at once, and the PSS9 parts were included in that, so I don't really have a figure for what you're asking. I remember it wasn't cheap, but it was fair and included an alignment job, which is required. =Carlos=
