Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Is there another tire out there that is significantly better enought to warrant changing all four corners?

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

C2 has used up the rears after 10K miles. The TireRack shows they have Dunlop 9090s, 265/35/18s for $270. I think my fronts will last through another set of rears. Is my thinking faulty? Is there another tire out there that is significantly better enought to warrant changing all four corners?

POST 2Original post

I had a '99 C2 that came with Michelin Pilots. The rears lasted for 25k mi. in daily driving. I now have an '02 C2 that came with ContiSport 2's and the rears look like they won't last past 15k.

POST 3Original post

I am an aggressive driver, I have P-ZERO ROSSO on my 02 C2, the center section of my rear tires are totally gone while the tire shoulders/corners still wear out quite even. I have tried to vary the tire pressure (anywhere from 31 psi to 36 psi)but it does not help. I had only 7000 miles on my car and the front tires look like it can last for 15K-20K miles, but i am little worry about the rear tires. Anyone has similar problems?
