Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

With all the talk lately of people get hosed on eBay transactions and thje such, here is some good reading to sharpen your skills when doing the online purchase thing. I still am amazed at the number of people that pay by any means other than credit card and through eBay checkout (ie, paypal) then when they don't they come post here about somebody that took their $$$ or got the wrong item, or overcharged for shipping, or never sent the parts, etc, etc, etc, etc.

Remember, if it is too good to be true (especially on eBay) then it is!
Happy shopping!
All useful information--I have been buying on Ebay for a long time (over 100 purchases), and have never been ripped off (so far!). Just check the other guy's feedback, read the description and shipping charges carefully, and hold off rating the seller until you get what you bought. I also use auction stealer to bid my best price at the last second so I don't get carried away in a bidding frenzy.
talking about ebay...
I almost did a booboo... there was an from "[email removed]" send to me asking to verify my identity and cedit card info. because "ebay" is conductin an fraud investigation....
luckily , I was awake and did a little of research before provinding my info....I was a "spoof" email or a identity theft fishing email....
That was too close for comfort !.... be carefull !!!
Never, Never respond to those emails or click on the link. I've gotten many of these purporting to be my bank, or ebay, or Bank One Credit. The addresses and logos look reasonable, and they've even got to the point where the instructions are in proper english with correct spelling.
If you think it is real, close your browser and your mail, reopen your browser, go to your known URL and check your account. Generally the address will show as https: instead of http: indicating it is a secure link. If you want to be extra sure, run adaware or other software to clean spyware before reopening your browser. I'm sure there are more ways to be careful, but this will get 99.9%
