Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I went to my User CP to update my signature with a little more info on my car. But, alas, I can't find it! YES, I have looked everywhere in my Profile. Any help would be appreciated. Remember I'm a Newbie, so be gentle with me, you animals!

POST 3Original post

Sorry, forgot to say how as well Click on userCP (top left) and then when you get to the userCP on the left side there is two option you can choose from for what you want: (1) "edit avatar" for your pic and (2) "edit signature" to add the bootom of every post you make (for ex: type of cars, etc.). Hope this helps.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

LVDell - Thanks for the info. Specifically, I want to "edit signature." I did as you noted (BTW, your instructions are almost exactly what the FAQ help section says about signatures and changing them) and there is NOT an "edit signature" option. I know you probably think I am either blind or stupid, but it really is NOT there. In fact, just to prove that it is not there, I highlighted and copied all of the options and pasted them below. Private Messages and Subscribed Threads are titles that indicate additional options and you have to click on each of those headings to see what is available "below" that option. The "non-bolded" options are the ones that I can access and update/change. Settings & Options Edit Email & Password Edit Profile Edit Options Edit Avatar Private Messages => Folders => Inbox => Sent Items List Messages Send New Message Track Messages Edit Folders Subscribed Threads => Folders => Subscriptions List Subscriptions Edit Folders Miscellaneous Event Reminders Buddy / Ignore Lists Attachments I don't see an "edit signature" option at all. Any other ideas? Thanks very much - I really do appreciate the help!

POST 5Original post

The edit signature option is not available to anyone from Concord, NC ! We don't know why, but that's the rules!!!

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

RLandis - That was a great reply! I chuckled, then laughed out loud after I read it! Well, at least that clears it up fo me. I guess I can stop looking for ssomething that isn't there! My Mama didn't raise no Fool! And all along you guys probably thought I was "stoopid!"

POST 7Original post

I think management recently enacted a new rule that non-members are no longer allowed to have signatures? There were too many HUGE signatures just wasting bandwidth and not contributing anything?

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
