I've got a craving to see some fall foliage this weekend and will probably take a drive up to highpoint state park this saturday - anyone else up for it, or want to meet up there?
wow that is half way to scranton. What are you thinking for the route (meet up at the park or meet elsewhere and drive to the park?)

My thought is to take Rte 519 up there from here... nice easy drive - pretty and open roads and all we have to do is follow the signs.
I meant halfway to scranton from manhattan! Let me see if I can corral anyone else from NYC/NNJ for Sunday to caravan it or ride shotgun, I'd like to come but it's about two hours each way and I have an event on Saturday night that may go a little late, will need some peer pressure to wake up!

I'd be interested in hearing about other drives that you might know of - I'm always up for a good one. I have a limited ability to organize drives this year due to having a newborn.... kinda puts a damper on things when a newborn needs to feed at unpredictable times - they're not very understanding that you have 40 cars behind you wanting to drive.
imma have to back out. parents kitchen is being redone by my dad and my cousin, i offered to help.
you should stop by on the way home. there's a blinking light on 519 in white twp/belvidere, NJ, i live about 5 miles from there.
you may also catch the ex mayor of white twp. he owns 3 911's by last count, usually drivees a ruby red 997 c4s
