Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

WARNING Crooked parts seller on the net !
Ordered 2 Porsche parts. One part on credit card, second one had to be bank Transfer. Did it as 2nd part was an expensive brand name, and they display the dealer logo with links to the branded manufacturer.
Global autoshop in USA sent Part 1, but for an entirely different car ! Part 2 has never arrived.
ALL emails were suddenly ignored to this day; 7 months later ! Contacted branded named company. They investigated, and found an empty dilapidated building that the police regularly visit to find the shop owners, and this company is not our agent ! Contacted Los Angeles consumer & fraud departments and found out this company have large numbers of dissatisfied customers, and the culprits cannot be traced Be warned, fellow enthusiasts.
Hate to say it, but you should NEVER pay by anything on net by any method other than Credit Card. Paying by bank transfer, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Personal Check, and you are just asking for trouble. There is a reason they won't take anything other than Credit Cards.
With that said, there really isn't much you can do at this point but starting filing fraud paperwork with the authorities. Sorry to hear you got burned.
He went on vacation to disney, the next day his account started wiring 30-40k at a time to an account in India, they had changed his mailing adress, phone no, everything. When he got back home a week later, he saw a notice in his mailbox to call citibank stat. Turns out it was an inside job at citibank, alot of their tech support people are overseas and they captured all his personal info, when he left town they hit him. He bought his tickets with a citibank debit card, they just tracked him and waited.
They arrested the guys in indonesia someplace and citibank repaid him, but never give your personal info out over the phone. Identity theft at it's worst!
The location of various company's support people in India has always concerned me. Especially the security people. Occasionally I'll get a call from American Express security about something I purchased. When I return the call, it lands in India and suddenly I'm providing all my relevant personal info to someone with a heavy accent in a foreign country. This makes me very uncomfortable. In fact, before I tell them everything they want to know about me, I challenge them to provide some of my info back to me to verify that they are who they say they are. I explain to them every time that I'm uncomfortable providing personal info to someone with a heavy foreign accent because there are just too many scams these days.
Plus, it rubs me the wrong way more than just a little when a US based company using "American" in their name sends my calls to a foreign country. Especially the security calls.
